Can I book conference packages (room lease + catering + equipment) at Fraport Conference Center?

We set great store by transparency. Our rooms are by default equipped with basic presentation and event technology. Any further equipment and services can be individually added according to your demand. In this way, you won’t need to pay for anything you don’t need.

When do I have access to my booked meeting room?

Depending on availability you can make yourself at home in your meeting room half an hour prior to the start of your event.

Why do I have to submit a new signed order confirmation every time I revise my booking?

By this process, we wish to ensure that all modifications are implemented according to your wishes and in correspondence with your entire booking.

When is the booking deadline for the catering for my event?

You can book your catering up to 48 hours (2 working days) prior to your event start.

Where is the catering served?

Normally, we serve your selected food and drinks in your conference room. Depending on the scope, however, we recommend that you book an additional room for your meals. You will find drinks on the tables of your meeting room; coffee and tea are also served in our two lounges that you are welcome to use. Have you got any more questions? Our staff will be happy to assist during the entire duration of your event.

Why do I get two invoices?

The catering in Fraport Conference Center is delivered by BUMB JUNIOR Finest Catering GmbH, an external provider. Consequently, the services from Fraport Conference Center (room lease, technical equipment) and BUMB JUNIOR Finest Catering GmbH are invoiced separately.

What information do I provide with enquiries pertaining to orders and invoices?

With all enquiries concerning your booking, please state the order number of your booking; with enquiries pertaining to your invoice, the invoice number or alternatively, the order number.

Where do I send documents needed for my event?

You wish to have documents printed for your event? Please email them to fracc-rezeption@fraport.de or fax them to +49 69 690-71618. Alternatively, you are welcome to leave a flash drive at our reception desk. Your documents are confidential? In this case, there is a terminal for you to print them yourself.

What is the actual on-site experience of my event?

On arrival, your guests register at our reception desk and will be guided to your conference room by our staff. If needed, one of our team members will be happy to assist with setting up the technical equipment.

Who will help with train connections, flight information, and reservation changes?

As an additional service, our reception staff will gladly find train and flight information for you and change your reservations.

You will find the nearest Lufthansa check-in terminal in Terminal 1, departure hall A.

Where am I allowed to smoke in Fraport Conference Center?

Due to non-smoker protection laws, smoking is not permitted inside the building. You are welcome to smoke outside or in the designated smoking lounges at Frankfurt Airport.
